Ramen Guide for People with Egg Allergies is an information site for people with egg allergies, their families, and ramen shops. For ramen shops in Japan, we list whether egg is used in each menu item and component (noodles & soup, toppings, kitchen environment), together with the basis of that information.

What we value

• We never declare anything "safe". Even "Confirmed egg-free" applies only to what was confirmed at that time.
• We always show who confirmed what, how and when.
• User posts are published after review by our team, and past confirmations are kept as history.
• We ask shops to provide accurate information through the shop owner program.
