For people with egg allergies Ramen Guide

For people with egg allergies and their families: egg information for each menu item at ramen shops in Japan, together with who confirmed it, when and how.

Please read before use

Information reflects what was confirmed at the time and does not guarantee safety for people with egg allergies. Recipes may change, and egg may get in through shared cooking tools or noodle-boiling water. Always check directly with the shop before ordering.

For visitors to Japan

Japanese allergy labeling at restaurants is limited. When you visit a shop, showing a note such as 「卵アレルギーがあります。卵を使っていないメニューはありますか?」 ("I have an egg allergy. Do you have any dishes without egg?") can help.
